Warranty Policy

All pens are individually handcrafted and inspected to ensure quality and proper function.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
Pens are warranted against defects in craftsmanship for the lifetime of the pen. If a defect occurs under normal use, the pen will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents

• Ink staining

• Damage resulting from dropping, crushing, or misuse

• Damage caused by cleaning chemicals, modifications

• Loss or theft

Eyedropper Use
Using a pen as an eyedropper-filled pen is done at the user’s own risk and is not covered under this warranty. Eyedropper filling of Floral Body pens is not advised. Any staining resulting from eyedropper use is not covered.

Third-Party Components
Certain components used in the manufacture of the pen (such as nibs or other purchased parts) may carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty through the original supplier or manufacturer.

Non-Warranty Repairs
Repairs for damage not covered under this warranty may be available for a reasonable fee.

• Name and mailing address

• Phone number

• A photo of the pen

• A brief description of the issue

Customers are responsible for shipping the pen to us. Return shipping will be covered for approved warranty repairs.

Due to the nature of handcrafted items, replacement materials may vary slightly from the original.
